A CROWD OF 40,000 IS EXPECTED AT EARL'S COURT ON 8TH - 9TH MAY TO SEE THE BEST HIP HOP, RAP AND R'N'B STARS. THE EVENT, IN ASSOCIATION WITH CHANNEL 4, WILL ALSO STAGE COMPETITIONS - WITH BBOYS, DJS AND MCS BATTLING TO BE CROWNED PRINCE'S TRUST URBAN CHAMPIONS - AND INTERACTIVE ZONES AND FREE WORKSHOPS.

Ticket Conditions of Sale

Tickets are issued on behalf of Prince's Trust Trading Limited, the event promoter and subject to the following terms and conditions.

The event promoter reserves the right in combination with any other statements or directives, which may be shown on the ticket or displayed on the premises to:

Refuse admission or eject a ticket holder for behaviour likely to cause damage, injury, nuisance or annoyance or failure to comply with the reasonable requests of the management

Conduct security searches to ensure safety of patrons

Refuse entry and use on the premises, of any form of cameras or audio equipment, horns, whistles, glass bottles and cans (NB lids will be removed from all plastic bottles) or any item which it considers may be a threat to health and safety

Purchase of a ticket signifies acceptance that:

As members of the audience, ticket holders may be filmed and sound recorded for broadcast

The venue shall not be liable for any loss, injury or damage within the premises

The arena is observed as a no smoking area
Tickets will not be exchanged nor money refunded unless an event is cancelled or postponed
The event promoter may change the programme/event or seating arrangement from that advertised. If the programme or seating arrangement is changed in a significant way, or if the event is cancelled or its date changed, then the promoter will refund the face value of the ticket if the ticket remains unused. Otherwise, tickets will not be exchanged nor money refunded
Should a ticket be re-sold or transferred for profit or commercial gain by anyone other than the nominated Earls Court Box Office or one of its authorised sub-agents, it will become void and the holder may be refused entry to or ejected from the venue

Your legal rights as a consumer are not affected by these terms and conditions.
