When deciding to include our product as part of your home music system you will be getting more than just amplifiers. Our direct assistance will be offered in many ways, 5 years warranty to offer you a peace of mind, aided by a 30 days complete exchange should an unlikely fault be discovered.

If you wish to upgrade the equipment from the stereo amplifier to the monoblocks within the first 30 days of ownership ECS will swap the components, the only thing you have to do is to return the product with all it’s original packaging and contents, add the price difference and the monoblocks will be delivered to you.

From time to time ECS is planning to send musical samples or reviews of music we where impressed by. Additional information that can help you in matching our products to speakers, cables, support etc, will also be available.

We are very aware of the substantial commitment taken by our clients, and we will be looking to justify this by providing our clients with a direct phone line that puts them in touch directly with a staff member, this phone will be answered during evenings and weekends, in addition to office hours.

In instances where owners of our equipment are in need of help in their home due to unlikely malfunction, or in cases where specific advice is sought, we will be happy to extend our services and arrive at homes anywhere in the U.K within 36 hours and assist where we can.
