Bootlegging?

Friday, November 2nd, 2007

We noticed a post on a forum recently about bootlegging, we would like to assure people that we do not support bootleggers, we do not bootleg ourselves & do not know the people mentioned, some people have actually made an assumption that a user on the forum is actually working for our company! This is not the case.

It doesn’t make economical sense for us to do so, we buy alot of CDs upfront and therefore loose money on every single unit not sold! Therefore… for every bootleg floating around, we are actually loosing money as thats a potential customer that did not buy the product!

Think about it… the entire music industry suffers from bootleggers! Its in our interest for the industry to do well… as the better artists do, the better we do…

We actively work with moderators & admins of forums to ensure download links are removed and support uk music to the fullest!

Thank you

More Royal Mail Strikes

Wednesday, October 3rd, 2007

Just a quick note to let our customers know that Royal Mail are on strike again tomorrow, Friday, Saturday, Monday & Tuesday! We understand that this will effect delivery times across the board but unfortunately, as Royal Mail have a monopoly on delivering packages in the UK, there inst much we can do about it, we have complained to them, however, this effects the whole country & we can only apologise on their behalf.
